Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://mygappro.com or engaging The Gap ProAdvisors (a service of 2R Management Services LLC) for any bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, QuickBooks support, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services Provided

The Gap ProAdvisors provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll processing, QuickBooks Online support, LLC formation assistance, notary services, and related financial advisory services to individuals and small businesses. All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement or service confirmation communicated via email or written proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documents and information as requested.
• Respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business structure, ownership, or financial circumstances that may affect your services.
• Review all completed work and notify us of any errors or discrepancies within 14 days of delivery.

The Gap ProAdvisors is not responsible for errors, delays, or penalties resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of required documents by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected service.

For recurring monthly services, payment is due on the agreed billing date each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if work is not completed due to The Gap ProAdvisors failing to deliver after all required documents have been received from the client. Once all required documents have been submitted and work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

If you have questions or concerns about a service before paying, please contact us prior to submitting payment.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal or financial information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services you have engaged us for (e.g., filing with the IRS or state tax authorities).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Gap ProAdvisors and 2R Management Services LLC are not liable for any penalties, interest, fines, or losses arising from information provided by the client that is inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely. Our liability for any claim arising out of services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Tax advice is based on current tax law and is subject to change.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of The Gap ProAdvisors / 2R Management Services LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed to date are immediately due. We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client at our discretion, with or without cause, provided we give reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Taylor County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
